Yakima’s history is adorned with our vision, including the development of the Yakima Mall Shopping Center in the 1970s as well as the renovation of the Chinook Tower in the 1980s. Today, we are actively repositioning the Mall as a multi-use center, while the Tower remains the preferred address for Yakima downtown business.

Recent ProjectsJEM Development recently finished construction of the Hilton Garden Inn, a five story hotel in downtown Yakima featuring 111 guest rooms, restaurant, bar, boutique retail and underground parking.
